Jami' at-Tirmidhi — Hadith #29906

Salih bin Mismar Al-Maruzi told us, he said, Ibn Abi Fudaik told us, on the authority of Musa bin Yaqoub, on the authority of Omar bin Saeed, on the authority of Abdul Rahman Ibn Humayd, on the authority of his father, that Saeed Ibn Zaid told him about a group that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said, “Ten in Paradise, Abu Bakr in Paradise, and Omar is in Paradise, and Othman, Ali, Al-Zubayr, Talha, Abdul-Rahman, Abu Ubaidah, and Saad bin Abi Waqqas.” He said, “He counted.” These nine, and he remained silent about the tenth, so the people said, “We seek you by God, O Abu Al-Awar.” From the tenth, he said, “You called upon me by God, Abu.” The one-eyed man will be in Paradise. The father of the one-eyed man is Saeed bin Zaid bin Amr bin Nufayl. And I heard Muhammad saying it is more correct than the first hadith. .
