Hadith #29998
Ahmad bin Saeed Al-Murabiti told us, he said, Ruh bin Ubadah told us, he said, Usama bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Abdullah bin Rafi’, he said I said to Abu Hurairah, “Why are you called Abu Hurairah?” He said, “Aren’t you different from me?” I said, “Yes, by God, I fear you.” He said, “I was taking care of my family’s sheep.” So I had a small kitten, and I used to put it in a tree at night, and when the day came, I took it with me and played with it, so they treated me as a father. Kitten. This is a good and strange hadith
