«من مرض في شهر رمضان ثم مات وهو مفطر، وجب إطعام المسكين عنه؛ ليس لديه مال. وأما إذا مات تاركاً صيام النضر، صام عنه وليه. (أبو داود 2403) إلخ.)
'If a person falls ill during the month of Ramadan and then dies while not fasting, the miskeen must be fed on his behalf; He has no money. On the other hand, if he dies leaving the fast of Nazr, his guardian (or wares) will fast on his behalf.' (Abu Dawud 2403) etc.)
