Hadith #37929
وَعَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللّهِ ﷺ: «اتَّقُوا الظُّلْمَ فَإِنَّ الظُّلْمَ ظُلُمَاتٌ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ وَاتَّقُوا الشُّحَّ فَإِنَّ الشُّحَّ أَهْلَكَ مَنْ كَانَ قَبْلَكُمْ: حَمَلَهُمْ عَلى أَنْ سَفَكُوا دِمَاءَهُمْ وَاسْتَحَلُّوا مَحَارِمَهُمْ». رَوَاهُ مُسْلِمٌ
On the authority of Jabir, he said: The Messenger of God, peace and blessings of God be upon him, said: “Beware of injustice, for injustice will be darkness on the Day of Resurrection, and beware of miserliness, for miserliness has destroyed whoever was.” Before you: He forced them to shed their blood and made lawful what they had prohibited.” Narrated by Muslim
