قال: ذهب الصحابة كرام (مرة واحدة) إلى جنازة. هناك بدأوا في مدح المتوفى. فسمع النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال: «وجب». (يمين) وهكذا ذهبوا إلى جنازة أخرى حيث بدأوا في التشهير به. فسمعه (عليه السلام) فقال: قد وجب. عند سماع ذلك، طلب عمر أن يعرف. ما الذي أصبح إلزاميا؟ (يا رسول الله!) قال (صلى الله عليه وسلم): الجنة لمن أثنيت عليه. أصبح الاستلام إلزاميا. ومن تشهرون به فقد وجبت عليه النار. ثم قال (عليه السلام): أنتم شهداء الله في الأرض. (البخاري ومسلم ولغة رواية أخرى أنه قال: مؤمن الله). شهد الله). [1]
He said, Sahaba Kiram (once) went to a funeral. There they began to praise the deceased. The Prophet (peace be upon him) heard it and said, It has become obligatory. (Right) Thus they went to another funeral where they began to vilify him. he (Peace be upon him) heard it and said, It has become obligatory. Hearing this, ``Umar asked to know. What has become mandatory? (O Messenger of Allah!) He (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Jannah belongs to the one whom you praise. Receipt has become mandatory. And the one whom you defamed, Hell has become obligatory for him. Then he (peace be upon him) said: You are Allah's witnesses on earth. (Bukhari, Muslim; the language of another narration is that he said, Mu'min Allah). Witness of Allah). [1]
