Hadith #39948
وَعَنْ بُرَيْدَةَ قَالَ: شَكَا خَالِدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ إِلَى النَّبِىِّ ﷺ فَقَالَ يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ مَا أَنَامُ مِنَ اللَّيْلَ مِنَ الْأَرَقِ فَقَالَ نَبِىُّ اللّٰهِ ﷺ: «إِذَا أَوَيْتَ إِلٰى فِرَاشِكَ فَقُلْ: اَللّٰهُمَّ رَبَّ السَّمَاوَاتِ السَّبْعِ وَمَا أَظَلَّتْ وَرَبَّ الْأَرَضِينَ وَمَا أَقَلَّتْ وَرَبَّ الشَّيَاطِينِ وَمَا أَضَلَّتْ كُنْ لِّىْ جَارًا مِّنْ شَرِّ خَلْقِكَ كُلِّهِمْ جَمِيعًا أَنْ يَّفْرُطَ عَلَىَّ أَحَدٌ مِنْهُمْ أَوْ أَنْ يَبْغِىَ عَزَّ جَارُكَ وَجَلَّ ثَنَاؤُكَ وَلَا إِلٰهَ غَيْرُكَ لَا إِلٰهَ إِلَّا أَنْتَ». رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِىُّ وَقَالَ هٰذَا حَدِيثٌ لَيْسَ إِسْنَادُه بِالْقَوِىِّ وَالْحَكَمُ بْنُ ظُهَيْرٍ الرَّاوِىْ قَدْ تَرَكَ حَدِيْثَه بَعْضُ أَهْلِ الْحَدِيْثِ
On the authority of Buraidah, he said: Khaled bin Al-Walid complained to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said, O Messenger of God, I do not sleep at night due to insomnia. The Prophet of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “When you go to bed, say: O God, Lord of the seven heavens and what they overshadow, Lord of the earths and what they lessen, and Lord of the devils and what they Be my neighbor has gone astray from the evil of all of your creation, lest any of them be negligent towards any of them or belittle the honor of your neighbor, may your praise be exalted, and there is no god. Other than You, there is no god but You.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and he said: This is a hadith whose chain of narration is not strong, and Al-Hakam Ibn Zuhair, the narrator, left it His hadith is narrated by some of the people of hadith
