قال قلت لأبي يا أبت! أسمعك تقول كل صباح: ``الهم فيني في بدني، الهم فيني في سمعي، الهم فيني في بصرى لا إله إلا أنت''\n\n(المعنى - اللهم سلمني، سلمني في السمع، اللهم سلمني في البصر، إنه لا إله إلا أنت.)\n\nيتلى هذا الدعاء ثلاث مرات في الصباح وثلاث مرات بعد الظهر. فقال أبوه يا بني! بهذه الجمل سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يدعو. ولذلك أفضّل أن أتبع سنته. (أبو داود)[1]
He said, I said to my father, O my father! I hear you say every morning, ``All-Humma 'a-Fini fi Badani, All-Humma 'a-Fini fi Sam'i, All-Humma 'A-Fini fi Basari la-ila-ha illa-anta''\n\n(Meaning - O Allah! Keep me safe, keep me safe in hearing. O Allah! Keep me safe in sight. Verily there is no God but You.)\n\nThis dua is recited three times in the morning and three times in the afternoon. Then his father said, O son! I with these sentences I heard Rasulullah sallallahu alayhi wasallam making dua. So I prefer to follow his Sunnah. (Abu Dawud)[1]
