Hadith #40579
وعنه، رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول‏:‏ ‏"‏إن الله يدخل بالسهم الواحد ثلاثة نفر الجنة‏:‏ صانعه يحتسب في صنعته الخير، والرامي به ومنبله‏.‏ وارموا واركبوا، وأن ترموا أحب إلي من أن تركبوا‏.‏ ومن ترك الرمي بعد ما علمه رغبة عنه فإنها نعمة تركها‏"‏ أو قال‏:‏ ‏"‏كفرها‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه أبو داود‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
And on his authority, may God be pleased with him, he said: I heard the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, saying: “With one arrow, God admits three people to Paradise: the one who makes it and expects goodness in his work, the one who throws it and the one who shoots it. And shoot and ride, and that you shoot is dearer to me than that you ride. And whoever abandons shooting after he has learned that he desires it, then it is a blessing that he has forsaken.” Or he said: “he disbelieved in it.” ((Narrated by Abu Dawud)).
