Musnad Ahmad — Hadith #45194

Abu Saeed narrated to us, Abd al-Aziz bin Abdullah al-Majshun narrated to us, Abdullah bin al-Fadl and al-Majshun narrated to us, on the authority of al-Araj, On the authority of Ubayd Allah ibn Rafi’, on the authority of Ali ibn Abi Talib, may God be pleased with him, that when the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, grew up He asked, then said, “I turn my face to the One who created the heavens and the earth, upright and submissive, and I am not of the polytheists. My prayer and my rituals and my living and my death are To God belongs the Lord of the worlds, He has no partner, and with that I have been commanded, and I am one of the Muslims. Abu Al-Nadr said, and I am the first of the Muslims. Oh God, there is no god but You, You are my Lord and I am Your servant. I have wronged myself and confessed my sin, so forgive me all my sins. No one forgives sins except You guide me to the best of morals. No one can guide me to the best of them except You. And turn away from me the bad of them. No one will turn away from the bad of them except You. Blessed and exalted are You, I seek Your forgiveness and I repent to You. And when he bowed, he said, “O God, I bow to You, and in You I have believed, and to You I have submitted.” My hearing was humbled before You. And my sight, and my brain, and my bones, and my nerves. And when he raised his head from the rak’ah, he said, “God hears whoever praises Him. Our Lord, and to You belongs all praise that fills the heavens.” And the earth and what is between them, and fill with whatever you wish after that. And when he prostrates, he says, O God, I prostrate to you, and in you I have believed, and to you I have submitted, my face has prostrated to the one who He created him, shaped him, perfected his form, and split his hearing and sight, so blessed be God, the best of creators. So when he said the salaam from prayer, he said Oh God, forgive me for what I have done in advance and what I have delayed, what I have concealed and what I have declared, and what I have been extravagant with, and what You know better than me. You are the one who gives precedence and you There is no god but You.
