Hadith #46312
وعن عائشة رضي الله عنها قالت‏:‏ كان رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يتحرى صوم الاثنين والخميس‏.‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه الترمذي وقال حديث حسن‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, she said: The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to strive to fast on Mondays and Thursdays. ((Narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and said it is a good hadith)).
