Hadith #46336
وعن أبي سعيد الخدري رضي الله عنه قال‏:‏ أتى رجل رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم فقال‏:‏ أي الناس أفضل‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏مؤمن يجاهد بنفسه وماله في سبيل الله‏"‏ قال‏:‏ ثم من‏؟‏ قال‏:‏ ‏"‏مؤمن في شعب من الشعاب يعبد الله ويدع الناس من شره‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏متفق عليه‏)‏‏)‏
On the authority of Abu Saeed Al-Khudri, may God be pleased with him, he said: A man came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, and said: Which people are better? He said: “A believer who strives with his life and his wealth for the sake of God.” He said: Then who? He said: “A believer in a mountainous region who worships God and shuns people from his evil” ((Agreed upon))
