Riyad as-Salihin — Hadith #46449
Hadith #46449
On the authority of Ubadah bin Al-Samit, may God be pleased with him, that the Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “There is no Muslim on earth who supplicates to God Almighty with a supplication but that God grants it to him, or averts from him an evil similar to it. Unless he supplicates for sin or severing ties of kinship.” Then a man from the people said: “Then we will increase.” He said: “God is more.” It was narrated by Al-Tirmidhi and he said it was a good, authentic hadith.
