Hadith #46658
وعنها قالت ‏:‏ قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏:‏ ‏"‏من أحب لقاء الله أحب الله لقاءه، ومن كره لقاء الله كره الله لقاءه‏"‏ فقلت‏:‏ يا رسول الله ، أكراهية الموت‏؟‏ فكلنا نكره الموت‏!‏ قال‏:‏‏"‏ليس كذلك، ولكن المؤمن إذا بشر برحمة الله ورضوانه وجنته أحب لقاء الله ، فأحب الله لقاءه، وإن الكافر إذا بشر بعذاب الله وسخطه، كره لقاء الله وكره الله لقاءه‏"‏ ‏(‏‏(‏رواه مسلم‏)‏‏)‏‏.‏
On her authority, she said: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, said: “Whoever loves meeting God, God loves meeting him, and whoever hates meeting God, God hates meeting him.” So I said: O Messenger of God, the hatred of death? We all hate death! He said: “That is not the case, but if the believer is given good news of God’s mercy, satisfaction, and Paradise, he loves meeting God, so God loves meeting him, and the infidel when he receives the good news.” With God's torment and wrath, he hated meeting God and hated God Meeting him” ((Narrated by Muslim)).
