حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ: مَرَّ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِدَابَّةٍ قَدْ وُسِمَ يُدَخِّنُ مَنْخِرَاهُ، قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم: لَعَنَ اللَّهُ مَنْ فَعَلَ هَذَا، لاَ يَسِمَنَّ أَحَدٌ الْوَجْهَ وَلاَ يَضْرِبَنَّهُ.
Khaled told us, he said: Sufyan told us, on the authority of Abu al-Zubayr, on the authority of Jabir, who said: The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by an animal that had been marked, with its nostrils smoking. The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace: May God curse whoever did this. No one should touch his face or hit him.
