Hadith #47239
Amr bin Khaled told us, he said: Muhammad bin Salamah told us, on the authority of Abu Abdul Rahim, on the authority of Zayd bin Abi Unaisa, on the authority of Abu Al-Zubayr, on the authority of Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Hadhadh al-Dawsi, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, who said: Ma’iz ibn Malik al-Aslami came and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, stoned him. He greeted him at the fourth hour, and the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, passed by him, and with him a group of his companions. Two of them said: This traitor came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace. Repeatedly, he was repulsed by all of this, until he was killed as a dog is killed, and the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, remained silent about them until he passed by. With the carcass of a donkey, with its leg stretched out. He said: Both of these. They said: From the carcass of a donkey, O Messenger of God? He said: What did you both receive? Your brother above is more, and by the One in whose hand is the soul of Muhammad, he is immersed in one of the rivers of Paradise.
