Al-Adab Al-Mufrad — Hadith #47456
Hadith #47456
Musa told us, he said: Wahib told us, he said: Ayoub told us, on the authority of Abu Al-Aliyah, he said: I asked Abdullah bin Al-Samit, he said: I asked My friend, Abu Dharr, and he said: I came to the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, to perform ablution. He moved his head and bit his lips. I said, “May my mother and father be sacrificed for you.” Did I hurt you? He said: No, but you meet princes or imams who delay the prayer until its time. I said: What do you command me to do? He said: Pray the prayer. At that time, if you join them, pray it, and do not say: I prayed, then I will not pray.
