Hadith #47721
حَدَّثَنَا عِصَامٌ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَرِيزٌ، عَنْ سَلْمَانَ الأَلَهَانِيِّ، عَنْ فَضَالَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدٍ، وَكَانَ مَجْمَعًا مِنَ الْمُجَامِعِ، فَبَلَغَهُ أَنَّ أَقْوَامًا يَلْعَبُونَ بِالْكُوبَةِ، فَقَامَ غَضْبَانًا يَنْهَى عَنْهَا أَشَدَّ النَّهْيِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: أَلاَ إِنَّ اللاَّعِبَ بِهَا لَيَأْكُلُ قَمْرَهَا كَآكِلِ لَحْمِ الْخِنْزِيرِ، وَمُتَوَضِّئٍ بِالدَّمِ.
يَعْنِي بِالْكُوبَةِ: النَّرْدَ.
Issam told us, he said: Hariz told us, on the authority of Salman Al-Alahani, on the authority of Fadalah bin Ubaid, and he was one of the academies, so he was informed that Some people were playing with the cup, so he got up angrily and forbade it in the strongest terms, then he said: The one who plays with it will eat its moon like an eater. Pig meat, and ablution with blood. By “koba” it means: dice.
