حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عِيسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ ، عَنْ كَثِيرٍ ، وَحَفْصٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ فِي الْمُسْتَحَاضَةِ الَّتِي تَعْرِفُ أَيَّامَ حَيْضَتِهَا إِذَا طُلِّقَتْ فَيَطُولُ بِهَا الدَّمُ :" فَإِنَّهَا تَعْتَدُّ قَدْرَ أَقْرَائِهَا ثَلَاثَ حِيَضٍ، وَفِي الصَّلَاةِ إِذَا جَاءَ وَقْتُ الْحَيْضِ فِي كُلِّ شَهْرٍ، أَمْسَكَتْ عَنْ الصَّلَاةِ "
Muhammad bin Issa told us, Hammad bin Zaid told us, on the authority of Kathir, and Hafs, on the authority of Al-Hasan regarding the woman who undergoes menstruation who knows the days of her menstruation. If she is divorced, her bleeding will stop: “She shall observe the waiting period for three menstrual periods, as long as her menstruation, and in prayer when the time of menstruation comes in every month, She stopped praying.”
