حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، وَسَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُسَيِّبِ : " في رجل قَالَ : سَيْفِي لِفُلَانٍ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ فُلَانٌ، فَلِفُلَانٍ، فَإِنْ مَاتَ فُلَانٌ، فَمَرْجِعُهُ إِلَيَّ، قَالَا :هُوَ لِلْأَوَّلِ ".
قَالَ : وَقَالَ حُمَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : يُمْضَى كَمَا قَالَ
Affan narrated to us, Hammad bin Salamah narrated to us, Qatada narrated to us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, and Saeed bin Al-Musayyab: “Concerning a man who said: My sword is for so-and-so, if he dies So-and-so, so-and-so, and if so-and-so dies, his return to me. They said: He is the first.”
He said: And Humaid bin Abdul Rahman said: It will be done as he said.
