أَخْبَرَنَا وَهْبُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ ، عَنْ شُعَيْبِ بْنِ إِسْحَاق ، عَنْ الْأَوْزَاعِيِّ فِي رَجُلٍ يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ، أَوْ رَأَتْ الطُّهْرَ وَلَمْ تَغْتَسِلْ، قَالَ :" يَسْتَغْفِرُ اللَّهَ، وَيَتَصَدَّقُ بِخُمُسَيْ دِينَارٍ "
Wahb bin Saeed informed us, on the authority of Shuaib bin Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Awza’i, about a man who has intercourse with his wife while she is menstruating, or she has seen the state of purity but has not She took a bath. He said: “Ask forgiveness from God, and give five dinars in charity.”
