Hadith #56064
أخبرنا قَبِيصَةُ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُفْيَانَ ، يَقُولُ :" إِذَا أَقَرَّ لِوَارِثٍ وَلِغَيْرِ وَارِثٍ بِمِائَةِ دِرْهَمٍ، قَالَ : أَرَى أَنْ أُبْطِلَهُمَا جَمِيعًا "
Qabisa told us, he said: I heard Sufyan, saying: “If he acknowledged one hundred dirhams to an heir and to a non-heir, he said: I see that I can nullify them all.”
