حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ : عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ أَخْبَرَنِي، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنَ يَسَارٍ يُحَدِّثُ، عَنْ عِرَاكِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" لَيْسَ عَلَى فَرَسِ الْمُسْلِمِ وَلَا عَلَى غُلَامِهِ صَدَقَةٌ "
Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, he said: Abdullah bin Dinar told me, he said: I heard Suleiman bin Yassar speaking about a fight. Ibn Malik, on the authority of Abu Hurairah, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “There is no zakat due on a Muslim’s horse or his servant.”
