أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ مُوسَى ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ حَمْزَةَ ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ دَاوُدَ الْخَوْلَانِيِّ ، حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَتَبَ مَعَ عَمْرِو بْنِ حَزْمٍ إِلَى شُرَحْبِيلَ بْنِ عَبْدِ كُلَالٍ، وَالْحَارِثِ بْنِ عَبْدِ كُلَالٍ، وَنُعَيْمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ كُلَالٍ : " إِنَّفِي كُلِّ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ مِنْ الْوَرِقِ خَمْسَةَ دَرَاهِمَ فَمَا زَادَ، فَفِي كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ دِرْهَمًا دِرْهَمٌ، وَلَيْسَ فِيمَا دُونَ خَمْسِ أَوَاقٍ شَيْءٌ "
Al-Hakam bin Musa told us, Yahya bin Hamza told us, on the authority of Suleiman bin Dawud Al-Khawlani, Al-Zuhri told me, on the authority of Abu Bakr Bin Muhammad bin Amr bin Hazm, on the authority of his father, on the authority of his grandfather, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, wrote with Amr bin Hazm to Sharhabeel Ibn Abd Kulal, Al-Harith Ibn Abd Kulal, and Nu’aym Ibn Abd Kulal: “For every five oqiyas of paper there are five dirhams or more, For every forty dirhams there is a dirham, and nothing is less than five uwaqs.”
