أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ، عَنْ الْحَجَّاجِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ بْنِ عُتَيْبَةَ ، عَنْ حُجَيَّةَ بْنِ عَدِيٍّ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ : أَنَّ الْعَبَّاسَ" سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي تَعْجِيلِ صَدَقَتِهِ قَبْلَ أَنْ تَحِلَّ، فَرَخَّصَ فِي ذَلِكَ ".
قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : آخُذُ بِهِ، وَلَا أَرَى فِي تَعْجِيلِ الزَّكَاةِ بَأْسًا
Saeed bin Mansour told us, Ismail bin Zakaria told us, on the authority of Al-Hajjaj bin Dinar, on the authority of Al-Hakam bin Utaiba, on the authority of Hajiya bin Adi, on the authority of Ali: Al-Abbas “asked the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, about hastening his alms before it became due, and he granted that.” He said Abu Muhammad: I take it, and I do not see any harm in hastening the zakat.
