حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْوَلِيدِ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ ، حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ بُكَيْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ الْأَشَجِّ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ ، قَالَ : هَشِشْتُ فَقَبَّلْتُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ، فَجِئْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقُلْتُ : إِنِّي صَنَعْتُ الْيَوْمَ أَمْرًا عَظِيمًا :قَبَّلْتُ وَأَنَا صَائِمٌ.
قَالَ : " أَرَأَيْتَ لَوْ مَضْمَضْتَ مِنْ الْمَاءِ؟ " قُلْتُ : إِذًا لَا يَضُرُّ.
قَالَ : " فَفِيمَ؟ "
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Laith bin Saad told us, on the authority of Bukayr bin Abdullah bin Al-Ashjaj, on the authority of Abdul-Malik bin Saeed Al-Ansari, on the authority of Jabir bin Abdullah, on the authority of Omar bin Al-Khattab, he said: I was irritated, so I kissed while I was fasting, so I came to the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace. Peace be upon him, so I said: Today I did a great thing: I kissed while I was fasting. He said: “What do you think if you rinse your mouth with water?” I said: Then it would not hurt. He said: “So what?”
