أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، قَالَتْ : " أَمَرَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَبِقَتْلِ خَمْسِ فَوَاسِقَ فِي الْحِلِّ وَالْحَرَمِ : الْحِدَأَةِ، وَالْغُرَابِ، وَالْفَأْرَةِ، وَالْعَقْرَبِ، وَالْكَلْبِ الْعَقُورِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : الْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ، وَقَالَ بَعْضُهُمْ : الْأَسْوَدُ.
أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ ، قَالَ بَعْضُ أَصْحَابِنَا : إِنَّ مَعْمَرًا كَانَ يَذْكُرُهُ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ وعُرْوَةَ ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Ishaq told us, Abdul Razzaq told us, Muammar told us, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, who said: “ The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, ordered the killing of five sinners in the lawful and sacred places: the kite, the crow, the mouse, and the scorpion. And the ungrateful dog.” Abdullah said: The ungrateful dog, and some of them said: The black one. Abdul Razzaq told us, some of our companions said: Ma`mar used to mention him, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, on the authority of Salim, on the authority of his father and Urwa, on the authority of Aisha, may God be pleased with her, on the authority of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him.
