أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ الْمُنْكَدِرِ ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عُثْمَانَ التَّيْمِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ ، قَالَ : كُنَّا مَعَ طَلْحَةَ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ فِي سَفَرٍ، فَأُهْدِيَ لَهُ طَيْرٌ وَهُمْ مُحْرِمُونَ، وَهُوَ رَاقِدٌ، فَمِنَّا مَنْ أَكَلَ، وَمِنَّا مَنْ تَوَرَّعَ، فَاسْتَيْقَظَ طَلْحَةُ فَأَخْبَرُوهُ، فَوَفَّقَ مَنْ أَكَلَهُ، وَقَالَ : " أَكَلْنَاهُ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ "
Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, on the authority of Ibn Al-Munkadir, on the authority of Muadh bin Abdul Rahman bin Uthman Al-Taymi, on the authority of his father, he said We were with Talha bin Ubayd Allah on a travel, and a bird was given to him while they were in Ihram, while he was lying down. Some of us ate, and some of us were hesitant. Then Talha woke up and they told him, and he agreed to eat it, and said: “We ate it with the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace.”
