Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55796

Abu Nu`aym told us, Zuhayr told us, on the authority of Abu Ishaq, on the authority of Al-Harith, on the authority of Ali, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, he said: “Brothers They inherit from the mother rather than from the descendants of the clans. A man inherits from his brother to his father and to his mother, rather than his brother to his father.”
