أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، وَإِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ أُمَيَّةَ ، وَعُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ ، وَمُوسَى بْنِ عُقْبَة ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ :" قَطَعَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي مِجَنٍّ قِيمَتُهُ ثَلَاثَةُ دَرَاهِمَ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, Sufyan told us, on the authority of Ayyub, Ismail bin Umayyah, Ubayd Allah, and Musa bin Uqba, on the authority of Nafi’, On the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, cut a shield whose value was three dirhams.”
