أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي عَطَاءٌ ، عَنْ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتِ مَيْسَرَةَ بْنِ أَبِي خُثَيْمٍ ، عَنْ أُمِّ كُرْزٍ ، عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، ، قَالَ فِي الْعَقِيقَةِ :" عَنْ الْغُلَامِ شَاتَانِ مُكَافِئَتَانِ، وَعَنْ الْجَارِيَةِ شَاةٌ "
Abu Asim told us, on the authority of Ibn Jurayj, he said: Ata’ told me, on the authority of Habiba bint Maysarah ibn Abi Khuthaym, on the authority of Umm Kurz, on the authority of The Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said regarding the Aqeeqah: “For the boy, two young sheep, and for the girl, a sheep.”
