Hadith #55170
Abu Al-Walid Al-Tayalisi told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Amr, he is Ibn Murrah, he said: I heard a man called: Abdullah bin Amr, at the time of the skulls, narrates, he said: A man asked Adi bin Hatim, and he swore not to give him anything, then he said: Had I not heard the Messenger of God May God’s prayers and peace be upon him, he says: “Whoever swears an oath and sees something else that is better than it, let him come to the one that is better and atone for his oath.”
