أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ الْمُغِيرَةِ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَخْلَدٌ ، عَنْ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، قَالَ :" لَا تَشْهَدْ عَلَى وَصِيَّةٍ حَتَّى تُقْرَأَ عَلَيْكَ، وَلَا تَشْهَدْ عَلَى مَنْ لَا تَعْرِفُ "
Sa`id ibn al-Mughirah told us, Mukhlid told us, on the authority of Hisham, on the authority of al-Hasan, who said: “Do not bear witness to a will until it is read to you, and do not “You bear witness against someone you do not know.”
