أَخْبَرَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَونٍ ، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيل بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ، قَالَ : قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" لَا تُقَامُ الْحُدُودُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ، وَلَا يُقَادُ بِالْوَلَدِ الْوَالِدُ "
Ja'far bin Aoun told us, on the authority of Ismail bin Muslim, on the authority of Amr bin Dinar, on the authority of Tawus, on the authority of Ibn Abbas, he said: The Prophet said, May God bless him and grant him peace: “Punishments are not to be performed in mosques, and the child is not to be led by the father.”
