أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ هُوَ : ابْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ حَفْصِ بْنِ عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : وُجِدَ فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِي رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ امْرَأَةٌ مَقْتُولَةٌ " فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْقَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ "
Muhammad ibn Uyaynah informed us, on the authority of Ali ibn Mushar, on the authority of Ubayd Allah. He is: Ibn Umar ibn Hafs ibn Asim, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Omar said: In some of the raids of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, a woman was found killed. So the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade “We kill women and children.”
