أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْبَجَلِيُّ ، عَنْ عُثْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ ، عَنْ صَخْرِ بْنِ الْعَيْلَةِ ، قَالَ أَبُو مُحَمَّد : وَمِنْهُمْ مَنْ يَقُولُ : الْغِيلَةِ .
قَالَ : أَخَذْتُ عَمَّةَ الْمُغِيرَةِ بْنِ شُعْبَةَ، فَقَدِمْتُ بِهَا عَلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَسَأَلَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَمَّتَهُ، فَقَالَ : " يَا صَخْرُ، إِنَّ الْقَوْمَ إِذَا أَسْلَمُوا، أَحْرَزُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَدِمَاءَهُمْ، فَادْفَعْهَا إِلَيْهِ ".
وَكَانَ مَاءٌ لِبَنِي سُلَيْمٍ، فَأَسْلَمُوا فَأَتَوْهُ فَسَأَلُوهُ ذَلِكَ، فَدَعَانِي، فَقَالَ : " يَا صَخْرُ، إِنَّالْقَوْمَ إِذَا أَسْلَمُوا، أَحْرَزُوا أَمْوَالَهُمْ وَدِمَاءَهُمْ، فَادْفَعْهُ إِلَيْهِمْ "فَدَفَعْتُهُ
Abu Nu`aym told us, Aban bin Abdullah Al-Bajli told us, on the authority of Uthman bin Abi Hazim, on the authority of Sakhr bin Al-Aila, Abu Muhammad: And among them are those who say: backbiting.
