أَخْبَرَنَا خَالِدُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : " نَهَى رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْبَيْعِ الثِّمَارِ حَتَّى يَبْدُوَ صَلَاحُهَا، نَهَى الْبَائِعَ وَالْمُشْتَرِيَ "
Khalid bin Mukhlid told us, Malik told us, on the authority of Nafi’, on the authority of Ibn Umar, he said: “The Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, forbade springing Fruits until their goodness appears, the seller and the buyer are forbidden.”
