أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ صَالِحٍ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي اللَّيْثُ ، حَدَّثَنِي ابْنُ شِهَابٍ ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ مَوْلَى عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ نُدْبَةَ مَوْلَاةِ مَيْمُونَةَ ، عَنْ مَيْمُونَةَ زَوْجِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ" يُبَاشِرُ الْمَرْأَةَ مِنْ نِسَائِهِ وَهِيَ حَائِضٌ إِذَا كَانَ عَلَيْهَا إِزَارٌ، يَبْلُغُ أَنْصَافَ الْفَخِذَيْنِ أَوْ الرُّكْبَتَيْنِ مُحْتَجِزَةً بِهِ "
Abdullah bin Salih told us, he said: Al-Layth narrated to me, Ibn Shihab narrated to me, on the authority of Habib, Urwa’s freedmen, on the authority of Nadbah, his freed slave. Maimuna, on the authority of Maimuna, the husband of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, that the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, used to have intercourse with a woman. “His menstruating women, if she is wearing a garment that reaches halfway up the thighs or the knees, is retained by it.”
