حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ خُبَيْبِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَسْعُودِ بْنِ نِيَارٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : جَاءَ سَهْلُ بْنُ أَبِي حَثْمَةَ إِلَى مَجْلِسِنَا فَحَدَّثَ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" إِذَا خَرَصْتُمْ، فَخُذُوا وَدَعُوا، دَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَإِنْ لَمْ تَدَعُوا الثُّلُثَ، فَدَعُوا الرُّبُعَ "
Hashim bin Al-Qasim told us, Shu’bah told us, on the authority of Khubayb bin Abdul Rahman, on the authority of Abdul Rahman bin Masoud bin Nayyar Al-Ansari, he said: Sahl bin Abi Hathamah came to our gathering and it happened that the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “If you are sincere, then take And they called, Leave a third, and if you do not leave a third, leave a quarter.”
