أَخْبَرَنَا إِسْحَاق بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ ، حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ بْنُ هَارُونَ ، أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عِكْرِمَةَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَبِيبَةَ ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ أَبِي وَقَّاصٍ ، قَالَ :كُنَّا نُكْرِي الْأَرْضَ عَلَى عَهْدِ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِمَا عَلَى السَّوَاقِي مِنَ الزَّرْعِ، وَبِمَا سَعِدَ مِنَ الْمَاءِ مِنْهَا، " فَنَهَانَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ، وَأَذِنَ لَنَا أَوْ قَالَ رَخَّصَ لَنَا فِي أَنْ نُكْرِيَهَا بِالذَّهَبِ وَالْوَرِقِ "
Ishaq bin Ibrahim told us, Yazid bin Harun told us, Ibrahim bin Saad told us, on the authority of Muhammad bin Ikrimah bin Abd. Al-Rahman bin Al-Harith bin Hisham, on the authority of Muhammad bin Abdul-Rahman bin Abi Labiba, on the authority of Saeed bin Al-Musayyab, on the authority of Saad bin Abi Waqqas, he said “We used to rent land at the time of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, for the crops on the streams and for the water that ran from it.” Then the Messenger forbade us. God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said about that, and he gave us permission, or he said, he gave us permission to rent it with gold and paper.
