أَخْبَرَنَا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ ، حَدَّثَنِي يَحْيَى بْنُ أَيُّوبَ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَيَّاشُ بْنُ عَبَّاسٍ الْحِمْيَرِيُّ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُصَيْنِ الْحَجْرِيِّ ، عَنْ أَبِي عَامِرٍ ، قَالَ : سَمِعْتُ أَبَا رَيْحَانَةَ صَاحِبَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، يَقُولُ : كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ " يَنْهَى عَنْعَشْرِ خِصَالٍ : مُكَامَعَةِ الرَّجُلِ الرَّجُلَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ.
وَمُكَامَعَةِ الْمَرْأَةِ الْمَرْأَةَ فِي شِعَارٍ وَاحِدٍ لَيْسَ بَيْنَهُمَا شَيْءٌ.
وَالنَّتْفِ، وَالْوَشْمِ، وَالنُّهْبَةِ، وَرُكُوبِ النُّمُورِ، وَاتِّخَاذِ الدِّيبَاجِ هَاهُنَا عَلَى الْعَاتِقَيْنِ، وَفِي أَسْفَلِ الثِّيَابِ ".
قَالَ عَبْد اللَّهِ : أَبُو عَامِرٍ.
شَيْخٌ لَهُمْ، وَالْمُكَامَعَةُ : الْمُضَاجَعَةُ
Othman bin Muhammad told us, Zaid bin Al-Hubab told us, Yahya bin Ayyub Al-Hadrami told me, Ayyash bin Abbas told me Al-Himyari, on the authority of Abu Al-Husayn Al-Hajri, on the authority of Abu Amer, said: I heard Abu Rayhanah, the companion of the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, He says: The Messenger of God, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, “forbade ten things: a man being intimate with another man in the same sense, with nothing in between. There is nothing between a woman and another woman in the same context. Plucking, tattooing, plundering, and riding tigers. And the brocade is worn here on the freedmen, and at the bottom of the clothes.” Abdullah said: Abu Amer. A sheikh of theirs, and the intercourse is the act of sexual intercourse.
