أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْحَمِيدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ ، عَنْ مَرْثَدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ ، عَنْ عُقْبَةَ بْنِ عَامِرٍ ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ :" إِنَّ أَحَقَّ الشُّرُوطِ أَنْ تُوفُوا بِهَا مَا اسْتَحْلَلْتُمْ بِهِ مِنَ الْفُرُوجِ "
Abu Asim informed us, on the authority of Abdul Hamid bin Jafar, on the authority of Yazid bin Abi Habib, on the authority of Marthad bin Abdullah, on the authority of Uqba bin Aamer, on the authority of the Prophet, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “The most worthy of conditions is that you fulfill them what you have permitted of private parts.”
