أَخْبَرَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَوْنٍ ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ ، عَنْ مُحَارِبِ بْنِ دِثَارٍ ، قالَ : حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ ، قَالَ : لَمَّا نَزَلَتْ : # إِنَّا أَعْطَيْنَاكَ الْكَوْثَرَ سورة الكوثر آية 1 #، قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" هُوَ نَهْرٌ فِي الْجَنَّةِ حَافَّتَاهُ مِنْ ذَهَبٍ، يَجْرِي عَلَى الدُّرِّ وَالْيَاقُوتِ، تُرْبَتُهُ أَطْيَبُ مِنْ رِيحِ الْمِسْكِ، وَطَعْمُهُ أَحْلَى مِنَ الْعَسَلِ، وَمَاؤُهُ أَشَدُّ بَيَاضًا مِنَ الثَّلْجِ "
Amr bin Aoun told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Ata’ bin Al-Sa’ib, on the authority of Muharib bin Dathar, he said: Abdullah bin told us Omar, he said: When it was revealed: #Indeed, We have given you Al-Kawthar, Surah Al-Kawthar, Verse 1 #, the Messenger of God, may God bless him and grant him peace, said: “It is a river in Paradise Its edges are of gold, flowing with pearls and rubies, its soil is sweeter than the scent of musk, its taste is sweeter than honey, and its water is stronger "whiter than snow"
