حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو هَانِئٍ ، قَالَ : سُئِلَ عَامِرٌ عَنْ مَوْلُودٍ وُلِدَ، وَلَيْسَ بِذَكَرٍ، وَلَا أُنْثَى، لَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلذَّكَرِ، وَلَيْسَ لَهُ مَا لِلْأُنْثَى، يُخْرِجُ مِنْ سُرَّتِهِ كَهَيْئَةِ الْبَوْلِ وَالْغَائِطِ، سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِهِ، فَقَالَ :" نِصْفُ حَظِّ الذَّكَرِ، وَنِصْفُ حَظِّ الْأُنْثَى "
