أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ مُسْهِرٍ ، عَنْ ابْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى ، عَنْ الْحَكَمِ ، عَنْ أَبِي الْكَنُودِ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ : " أَنَّهُ أُتِيَ بِابْنَةٍ وَمَوْلًى،فَأَعْطَى الِابْنَةَ النِّصْفَ، وَالْمَوْلَى النِّصْفَ، قَالَ الْحَكَمُ : فَمَنْزِلِي هَذَا نَصِيبُ الْمَوْلَى الَّذِي وَرِثَهُ عَنْ مَوْلَاهُ
Muhammad bin Uyaynah informed us, on the authority of Ali bin Mushar, on the authority of Ibn Abi Laila, on the authority of Al-Hakam, on the authority of Abu Al-Kanood, on the authority of Ali: “He came With a daughter and a male master, so he gave the daughter half, and the male master half. The arbitrator said: This house of mine is the portion of the master who inherited it from his master.
