Hadith #55893
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَوَانَةَ ، عَنْ حَمَّادٍ : " فِي رَجُلٍ جُلِدَ الْحَدَّ أَرَاهُ مَاتَ، شَكَّ أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ ؟ قَالَ :يَتَوَارَثَانِ "
Abu Al-Nu’man told us, Abu Awanah told us, on the authority of Hammad: “About a man who was flogged by punishment. I saw him dead. Abu Al-Nu’man had doubts? He said: They are inherited.”
