Sunan ad-Darimi — Hadith #55921

Abu Bakr bin Abi Shaybah told us, he said: Hushaym told us, on the authority of Mughirah, on the authority of Shabak, on the authority of Ibrahim, he said: “The child of adultery does not inherit, but He inherits whoever does not impose a hadd punishment on his father, or whose mother does not own property by marriage or purchase.”
