حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ ، عَنْ عُمَيْرِ بْنِ يَزِيدَ ، قَالَ : سَأَلْتُ الشَّعْبِيَّ عَنْ مَمْلُوكٍ لِي وَلَدُ زِنًا، قَالَ :" لَا تَبِعْهُ، وَلَا تَأْكُلْ ثَمَنَهُ، وَاسْتَخْدِمْهُ "
Abu Nu`aym told us, on the authority of Al-Hasan, on the authority of Umayr ibn Yazid, who said: I asked Al-Sha’bi about a slave of mine who was born of adultery. He said: “Do not sell him, and do not eat.” its price, and use it.”
