حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيل بْنُ أَبَانَ ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْصَارِيِّ ، قَالَ : حَدَّثَنِي الْحَارِثُ بْنُ حَصِيرَةَ ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ وَهْبٍ ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ : أَنَّهُ قَالَ فِي وَلَدِ الزِّنَا لِأَوْلِيَاءِ أُمِّهِ :" خُذُوا ابْنَكُمْ تَرِثُونَهُ وَتَعْقِلُونَهُ، وَلَا يَرِثُكُمْ "
Ismail bin Aban narrated to us, on the authority of Musa bin Muhammad Al-Ansari, he said: Al-Harith bin Hasira narrated to me, on the authority of Zayd bin Wahb, on the authority of Ali : That he said regarding the child of illegitimate to his mother’s guardians: “Take your son and you may inherit from him and give him yourselves, but he will not inherit from you.”
