أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ ، حَدَّثَنَا حَاتِمُ بْنُ وَرْدَانَ ، عَنْ يُونُسَ ، عَنْ الْحَسَنِ : سُئِلَ عَنْ مِيرَاثِ السَّائِبَةِ، فَقَالَ :" كُلُّ عَتِيقٍ سَائِبَةٌ "
