حَدَّثَنَا هَارُونُ ، عَنْ أَبِي سُفْيَانَ ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ ، عَنْ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ :" مِيرَاثُهُ لِلَّذِي أَمْسَكَهُ.
وقال قَتَادَةُ : هُوَ لِلْمُعْتِقِ كُلُّهُ، وَثَمَنُهُ عَلَيْهِ، وَيَقُولُهُ أَهْلُ الْكُوفَةِ
Harun told us, on the authority of Abu Sufyan, on the authority of Muammar, on the authority of Al-Zuhri, who said: “His inheritance is for the one who kept it.
Qatada said: It is entirely for the freed person, and its price is upon him, and the people of Kufa say this.
